Robert Reyna

In March 2022 Robert Reyna was recruited as the Vice President of Finance & Capital for Outreach. In this position, Mr. Reyna oversees all accounting functions, as well as interactions with government agencies to ensure Outreach is properly funded for all its programs. He has acquired extensive experience throughout his career leading the finance and accounting groups of several diverse and dynamic organizations across multiple industries and has been able to effectively produce quantitative results that have exceeded business expectations.

For nearly 20 years Mr. Reyna has worked in accounting and finance. He has been a key player in implementing and directing financial and accounting operations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and has a proven track record of consistently producing efficient results that have improved the growth of each organization he has been part of.

Mr. Reyna works side by side with Outreach’s Chief Financial Officer Anthony Croce, to maintain a high level of productivity for the accounting and Finance functions at Outreach. Under Mr. Croce’s leadership, Mr. Reyna is working to ensure that he is properly equipped to move the agency into its next phase of growth. He is currently working to bring an enhanced Purchasing System through Intacct, to create structured, predefined transaction and purchase approval workflows that increase purchasing speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

Robert Reyna holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the City University of New York at York College. He is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and he also participates in his community with various organizations focused on local and economic improvement and sustainability initiatives.
