SUNY Empire State College Credits

Outreach Training Institute (OTI) offers a jumpstart to an Associate, Bachelor or Master degree. Graduates can convert their OTI training into college credits at SUNY Empire State College (ESC). Thanks to our unique partnership, you can earn up to 40 ESC college credits through our CASAC Training Program or 24 ESC credits through our CASAC-T program.
