At the Outreach in Bellport, we offer compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals and families impacted by substance use. As a New York State OASAS-licensed provider, our outpatient clinic supports recovery through flexible, individualized care in a safe and respectful environment.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Structured, short term intensive group therapy for individuals needing a higher level of care while maintaining daily responsibilities.

Specialized Treatment Tracks
Our clinic recognizes that recovery is not one-size-fits-all. We offer dedicated tracks to address the unique needs of each group:
- Adolescents (Ages 10 and older) – Age-appropriate counseling, family involvement, and education-focused support in a safe, welcoming space.
- We offer satellite services in Brentwood, next to our adolescent residence, in Longwood High School and in Eastern Suffolk BOCES in Bellport
- Men’s Recovery Track – Support groups and therapy that address issues like anger, masculinity, trauma, and relationship dynamics.
- Women’s Empowerment Track – Trauma-informed care with a focus on self-worth, parenting support, relationships, and healing from abuse.
- Dually Diagnosed Individuals – Integrated treatment for those with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, including therapy and medication management.
- LGBTQ+ Affirming Care – Inclusive, identity-affirming services tailored to the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals in recovery.
- DWI/DUI Track – Structured treatment and education services for individuals referred due to driving while intoxicated offenses, in compliance with legal requirements.
- Significant Others– Individual and group support for those impacted by a loved one’s substance use, focusing on education, boundaries, and healing.
