Rebuilding Healthy Long Island Lives

2022 New Beginnings

Welcome

We’re so happy to be back!

In this season of renewal and hope, Outreach is excited that a traditional Spring celebration that could only occur virtually in 2020 and 2021, is back – fully live!  We are thrilled to kick-off our 28th Annual Long Island Luncheon, which returns as an in-person event this year appropriately themed, “New Beginnings” – Thursday, June 23, 2022,  12 noon at the Stonebridge Country Club, Smithtown, Long Island.

Recognizing partners who inspire

Outreach’s 28th Annual “New Beginnings” Long Island Luncheon invites support for Outreach to continue to make a difference in the lives of Long Island adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with the devastating consequences of drug and alcohol addiction, and doing so in the face of two continuing crises – the COVID-19 pandemic and the ever-surging opioid epidemic.  This year’s gathering will recognize incredible partners in the Long Island business, labor and trade communities whose enduring commitment helps support Outreach’s lifesaving work in building healthy lives.

Our honorees are: Roger Clayman, Long Island Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO; Kevin M. O’Connor, CEO of Dime Community Bank; John Shillingsford, CPA/ABV, CFE, Partner of PKF O’Connor Davies, LLP; and Sergio Sedita, Outreach Development Board Chair – our 2022 John Brower, Jr. Memorial Award Recipient

A very special thank you to our longtime partner, the John Brower Jr. Foundation, for their years of tireless effort in raising awareness and support on Long Island to confront the opioid epidemic.

You can make a difference! Join in helping your neighbors and our entire Long Island community

We invite you to join us on June 23rd, to celebrate our honorees, while helping our Long Island community! Support Outreach’s 28th Annual “New Beginnings” Long Island Luncheon by selecting a donor opportunity that you feel will make the greatest impact. You can help by purchasing a table/tickets, journal advertisement or sponsorship package, or by making a tax-deductible contribution.  Each sponsorship level carries our commitment to represent and promote your generous donation. Proceeds will support the enhancement and expansion of all Outreach programs and services throughout the greater NY Metro area.

In challenging times like those we’ve experienced, these last recent years especially, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are. Thank you for being part of our community!
