Stephanie Laureano

Stephanie Laureano is the new Program Director for the Women’s Residential Program. In this role, she oversees all daily operations, including residential administration, site management, and clinical program components.

Stephanie has 20 years of extensive and diverse experience in the Human Services field. Prior to her current role in outreach, Stephanie served as the Clinical Director for Long Island Adolescents Family & Services. She also held the position of Program Director for a community-based program called NNORC, where she worked for 10 years to provide services to senior citizens in the Town of Huntington. Additionally, Stephanie worked in the caregiver program at Family Services League.

Stephanie holds two master’s degrees—one in Social Work and another in Business Administration—from Touro University. Throughout her career, she has skillfully integrated social work principles with business management to enhance program outcomes.
