Jovana Djurdjevic, LMSW, CASAC-ADV

Jovana Djurdjevic, LMSW, CASAC-ADV is the Program Director of Outreach House I. She began her career with Outreach in September 2017 as an intern while pursuing her CASAC credential through John Jay College of Criminal Justice. After earning her CASAC in December 2018, she was hired by Outreach and served as the Department Head of Intake.

Jovana earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Long Island University C.W. Post and went on to pursue her Master of Social Work at Loyola University of Chicago beginning in August 2018. While completing her graduate studies, she worked as a social worker at Phillips High School on the South Side of Chicago, where she provided direct support to students and families in an urban school setting.

After returning to New York in July 2021, Jovana rejoined Outreach as a Community Support Specialist. In August 2022, she transitioned to the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to further strengthen her clinical skills. In December 2023, she was invited to return to Outreach as the Assistant Director and Clinical Coordinator and was promoted to Program Director in March 2025.

In her current role, Jovana oversees program operations, provides clinical leadership, supports staff development, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), holds a CASAC-Advanced (CASAC-ADV) credential, and is currently pursuing her clinical licensure in social work.
