Angela Murdock-Ridley

Angela Murdock-Ridley joined Outreach in October 2025, as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her more than 25 years of progressive senior finance and operational leadership experience.  Her experience is inclusive of over 15 years in healthcare and nonprofit environments serving safety-net and community-based populations.

Prior to joining Outreach in an executive capacity, Angela served as a member of the Outreach Development Corporation Board for three years.  In this aspect, she provided strategic oversight and effective governance support. Her transition from the Board to the CFO role reflects both her deep institutional knowledge and her unwavering commitment to Outreach’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Angela, a strategic finance leader, is known for building strong, collaborative teams, strengthening financial and operational infrastructure, and guiding organizations through growth, change, and complex regulatory environments. She has deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, grants management, compliance, and financial strategy, with a proven ability to improve performance while advancing mission-driven outcomes.

Driven by passion and purpose, Angela believes meaningful work makes a meaningful difference. She is proud to support Outreach’s mission by ensuring financial sustainability, empowering leadership, and helping the organization continue to positively impact the communities we serve.

Prior to joining Outreach, Angela served as VP of Finance / CFO at Hudson Regional Hospital, System Deputy CFO & Treasurer at One Brooklyn Health System/Interfaith Medical Center, and Vice President of Finance at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where she led organizations through growth, turnaround, and complex healthcare transformations.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University and maintains several professional certifications and memberships in healthcare financial management.

She is an active board member and officer across several nonprofit and community organizations and is deeply involved in track and field, serving as a USATF Master Official and in leadership roles that support athletic development and community engagement.
