Rebecca Hladky, LMSW

Rebecca Hladky joined Outreach in March 2024. As Assistant Vice President of Residential Services, she assists with overseeing residential sites and ensuring clinical and administrative responsibilities are managed efficiently.

Prior to joining Outreach, Ms. Hladky was the Campus Director for the Phoenix House Ronkonkoma campus where she managed a 96 -bed coed facility. Ms. Hladky oversaw the daily operations of the residential site while leading more than 20 team members. While at Phoenix House, she also worked in the Compliance and Quality Department assisting with the development of policy and procedures. In this role she also provided trainings to staff ranging from Boundaries and Ethics Training to Calm Every Storm and Seeking Safety.

Ms. Hladky is a member of the Suffolk County Criminal Justice Addiction Workgroup and is SIFI Certified as a field instructor for social work students. In addition, Ms. Hladky holds a Master’s degree in social work from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Psychology from SUNY Cobleskill.
